PADI IDC Requirements

To enroll of the IDC you need to meet these pre-requisites:
  1. Be certified as a PADI Divemaster (or hold a leadership level certification with another training agency)
  2. Be at least 18 years of age 
  3. Have been a certified diver for at least 6 months 
  4. To enroll on the AI course or IDC you need to have logged at least 60 dives & show proof of deep, night & navigation dives 
  5. To be able to take the PADI Instructor Exam (IE) you need to have logged at least 100 dives (if you have less than 100 dives can join our internship program to increase your number of logged dives)
  6. Be fit for diving & submit a medical statement signed by a physician dated within past 12 months (you can cheaply and easily visit a physician here in Bali to sign your medical statement, but none are really knowledgeable about diving-related issues)
  7. Submit proof of CPR and First Aid Training within the last 24 months (if you haven’t taken a CPR and First Aid course within the last 24 months you can take PADI Emergency First Response here for $150).

Diving logbook with minimum 100 dives signed off
2 passport size photographs
